Makeupshop.com offers FREE standard shipping to countries around the world.
Express shipping is available at an additional charge.
We do not ship to Germany or France
IMPORTANT NOTE!
All packages require a signature on delivery for your protection.
If no one is available when delivery is attempted, THE PACKAGE WILL BE HELD AT THE POST OFFICE.
You will probably receive a note from your mail delivery person to let you know that delivery was attempted.
The notice may be posted on your door, placed in your mailbox. It may blow away or be lost.
If your package does not arrive in a reasonable time period, please contact your post office to ask if it is waiting for you there.
You may ask for a second delivery attempt.
If you do not pick up the package within a reasonable amount of time, the package will be returned to the www.Makeupshop.com warehouse.

Tell us your order number and the date your package was returned by the post office.
We will track it and re-send your order as quickly a possible.
